Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 2026

SecuLex is dedicated to advancing open and peer-reviewed scholarly legal research. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding purchases of digital publications, article downloads, contributions, and any related digital services offered on our platform.

By completing a purchase or transaction on SecuLex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. Nature of Digital Content & Immediate Delivery

All articles, monographs, and research documents made available through our paywall or repository are digital, non-tangible goods.

Upon verified completion of payment via our authorized payment processors, you are granted immediate access or an automated download link to the electronic file (PDF format). Because digital documents cannot be physically returned once access or download capability has been granted, digital purchases are generally considered final.

  2.
